As the proud owners of Green Vida Co. wellness café and juice bar, we have spent over six years witnessing the increasing demand for healthier living. Today, consumers are not just occasionally opting for food and beverages free from chemicals, GMOs, and preservatives; they are embracing this healthy lifestyle in all aspects of their lives, including their social activities. Since 2020, we have personally integrated non-alcoholic spirits and functional beverages into our lives to reduce alcohol consumption for health reasons. This journey sparked our curiosity and ignited a passion for a better way to savor the ritual of a good drink. We are thrilled to introduce Tønic to our beloved city of Easton and the entire Lehigh Valley. Welcome to a new era of enjoyment. Cheers!

In the evening Tønic Bar and Tapas will offer an intimate gathering space for community and connection. Featuring zero-proof craft cocktails made with adaptogenic, cognition-boosting or mind relaxing ingredients, and of course, cold-pressed elixirs from Green Vida. Authentic functional cocktails crafted to elevate the experience, sans the alcohol.
